REFUND POLICY


  Hayana Scarves refund policy allows for refunds in specific situations: 

● Missing or Faulty Items If your order arrives with missing or defective items, you are eligible for a full refund. 

● Order Cancellation Orders canceled with a valid reason before shipping are eligible for a refund. 

● Out-of-Stock Items If an item you've ordered is out of stock, a refund will be processed. 

● Special Cases: Certain situations may qualify for a refund upon management's review.

Provide your order ID, a photo of the defect, and specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. After receiving and inspecting the product, they will inform you of the refund or replacement status as soon as possible.
